On wintry Tuesday evenings when most Wilton moms are settling down to a book or TV show after tucking their kids in bed, Jeffy Emerson and Janice Mathis are making a 40-minute trek on winding back roads to put on ten pounds of gear and take to the ice. They join their Stamford Storm teammates—sixteen other women who come from all over Fairfield County—at the Harvey Rink in Katonah for an exhausting 90-minute practice.

Olmstead Hill Farm: A Wilton Garden Pays Homage to an Ancestral Home
